We promise to refund all the money to you if we cannot ship your order. Unlike other online shop, they will only refund by their coupon.

Please note that all items that contains electronic parts are tested to make sure they are working properly before we ship them to our customers. Therefore, you will find that the packing of product might have been opened previously and re-packed.

All guns shipped to USA will have their trademarks removed and barrels tips painted with bright orange color. And provides the 110V battery charger.

You may inform us if you do not want the trademark removal and orange barrel tips. But we will not guarantee the delivery, and the money back guaranty, and replacement does not apply. We only accept Money Wire as payment method.

Since the US Customs regulations require painting the tip of the barrel bright orange and all non-licensed trademarks to be removed from the gun. However, if you refuse to do so, we will not held the responsible for any customs seizures.

We do not charge taxes on shipments to any state or country.

However, YOUR COUNTRY MAY CHARGE YOU TAXES, Duties and fees over which we have no control. If you decide not to pay these taxes, Duties and fees when your parcel arrives, then you still remain responsible to us for the cost of the goods and outward shipping. If the goods are returned to us, then you will owe us additionally for the return shipping cost and a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total product purchase price. The remaining balance will then be refunded back to your credit card . In some Countries, if you refuse your shipment, your Customs charge us for the duty you refused to pay! In that case you are then liable to us for that duty. Goods will be taxed according to local taxes. For more details, please contact the customs department of your province/state/country.

In order to ensure smooth delivery of your order and avoid any unnecessary delay and penalty to receiver from customs we will always mark 100% full value on the customs invoice and attach to your package.

Every AEG will be tested completely before delivery, we will not refund for defective, cosmetic scratch or dent guns, so consider seriously before buying.
Most Chinese made AEG has cosmetic defect (scratch or dent) out of box, and we will not provide refund for that reason.

Request(s) for return or exchange and report(s) of missing or damaged part(s) must be received within 7 days of your receipt of merchandise(s). We reserves the rights to entertain requests received thereafter.

All merchandise should be returned to us by shipping carriers with safe method which provides proof of shipment (just in case your item does not reach us. so you can check with your local shipping carrier.) We will not responsible for the lost of returned merchandise in shipping.

Shipping and handling charges for all orders are non-refundable. Painted parts are non-refundable, as we have paid the Post Office / Courier to send the shipment and the they will NOT refund the postage cost back to us after they processed the shipment. We apologize that and please forgive us for this issue.

Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost to send return back to us. For returned merchandise that is found to be genuinely defective, we ship out replacement for free (we pay for the replacement shipping cost) and will not charge additional shipping and handling fees.

No guarantee on the products of improper use. Customer should read the instructions carefully before using the product. if you find damage or problems with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours for immediate action.

You are responsible for any damage or loss occurring during return, so we suggest that you insure the item for your security. It is not uncommon for mass produced products under $100 to have minor imperfections. You can resolve most of these problems yourself with careful use of a little polish.

For countries where airsoft is illegal, we will not provide any warranty guarantee or money back guarantee for customs confiscation. For more details, please contact the customs department of your province/state/country.

If an item you order is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you in the email that the arrival of next shipment. We never charge for items we are unable to ship.

We provide 2 types of shipping method by Hong Kong Post Office.
When you process checkout, there will be a selection menu for you to choose the preferred shipping method:

  • It is cheaper, but slower then EMS.
  • And, shipment tracking in not as efficiency as EMS.

• Speed post EMS
  • A reputable express services, it is fast and reliable.
  • Higher in cost, compare to Registered Air mail / Air parcel method.
  • Shipment tracking provide more details information, such as the date which get through the custom department , or which branch office it arrived, etc.
